Inuro — Power made simple.

INURO LEGAL

Terms of Service

Version 1.1 · Effective 25 August 2026

1. About Inuro

Inuro is a creative design platform developed and operated by RV Ventures AS, Org. no. 938 218 641, Norway, support@inuro.app. "Inuro", "we", "us" and "our" refer to RV Ventures AS where appropriate. Inuro may include free and paid plans, creative tools, project-management functionality, Assets, Brand Profiles, cloud services and other features as the service develops. Functionality depends on the version of Inuro and the user's current plan.

2. Your Inuro account

Some Inuro functionality requires an account. Users are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably required to create and maintain the account, keeping login credentials secure, and notifying us if they reasonably believe the account has been compromised. Users may not knowingly impersonate another person, create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes, obtain unauthorized access to another person's account, sell or transfer an account where Inuro does not expressly permit it, or circumvent account, security or entitlement systems.

3. Age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an Inuro account. If you are under 18, your ability to enter into agreements, make purchases or use particular paid or commercial functionality may be limited by applicable law. Where consent or authorization from a parent or legal guardian is legally required, you must have that consent or authorization. Inuro does not require ordinary Free account holders to provide their date of birth or submit proof of age unless reasonably necessary for a particular service, legal requirement, security or safety reason.

4. Try Inuro (Guest use)

Inuro allows certain functionality to be used without creating an account through Try Inuro ("Guest"). Try Inuro is intended to let a user test the Free creative workflow without creating an account. Try Inuro does not provide export functionality. Guest projects are generally stored locally. If a Guest creates an account while preserving the current project, Inuro may temporarily upload that project solely to complete the transfer. After successful transfer and restoration to the local project library, the temporary server copy is deleted. If transfer is not completed, the temporary copy expires after 24 hours and is automatically deleted.

5. Free plan

The Free plan provides genuine access to Inuro's core creative workflow while applying capacity, resource and export limitations. Current limitations may include a maximum export width or height of 1920 pixels, an Inuro watermark on Free exports, limits on Assets or Brand Profiles, limits on Studio or Pro resources, and other clearly presented capacity restrictions. RV Ventures AS may adjust Free-plan features and limits as Inuro develops. Changes do not retroactively invalidate Finished Works legitimately exported under the applicable terms at the time.

6. Free exports and watermark

Finished Works exported through the Free plan may contain an Inuro watermark. Free-plan exports are currently limited to a maximum of 1920 pixels in either width or height. Inuro may inform the user when an export option requires another plan. Users may not deliberately circumvent technical restrictions intended to apply the Free watermark or export limitations. The watermark does not give RV Ventures AS ownership of the user's creative work.

7. Local project storage

Ordinary Free projects are generally stored using browser/device storage rather than being automatically uploaded to RV Ventures AS. Users are responsible for preserving local work they wish to keep. Local projects may be lost through browser/site-data clearing, deletion, device replacement, loss of a browser profile, privacy cleanup, or device/browser/storage failure. RV Ventures AS cannot restore local data it does not possess. The temporary Try Inuro transfer mechanism is an exception.

8. Your content

Users retain ownership of original content they create or provide through Inuro. Using Inuro does not transfer ownership of creative work to RV Ventures AS. RV Ventures AS receives only those rights reasonably necessary to operate functionality deliberately requested by the user.

9. Responsibility for content you provide

Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights necessary to use content they import, upload, publish or otherwise provide. Users must not knowingly use Inuro to create, upload, distribute or publish content in violation of applicable law or the rights of others. RV Ventures AS does not automatically inspect locally stored creative projects merely to determine what users are creating.

10. Inuro Content

Inuro may provide fonts, textures, graphics, decorations, templates, effects, presets and other creative resources. Rights to use Inuro Content are governed by the Inuro Content License. Content may require Free, Studio or Pro entitlement. Ownership of a user's original composition does not transfer ownership of underlying Inuro Content, and using Inuro Content does not transfer ownership of the user's original creative work to RV Ventures AS.

11. Studio and paid plans

Inuro Studio is a paid subscription plan that adds Studio features, cloud storage and cloud synchronization to the Inuro workflow. The current commercial offer, including price, billing period, included cloud capacity and applicable taxes, is presented before purchase. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled unless otherwise stated at purchase. Inuro may introduce additional paid plans, including Pro, as the service develops.

12. Billing, Stripe Managed Payments and merchant of record

Payments for paid Inuro plans are processed using Stripe. Where Stripe Managed Payments is used, Stripe's Sold through Link service acts as merchant of record for the customer transaction and facilitates the sale of the Inuro subscription. The checkout identifies the applicable seller/payment service and presents the purchase terms that apply to the transaction.

Stripe and Link may process payment-method, transaction, billing, tax, fraud-prevention and support information under their own applicable terms and privacy information. Stripe Managed Payments may determine, collect and remit applicable indirect taxes and may provide transaction-level payment support. RV Ventures AS does not need to receive or store full payment-card details in order to operate the Inuro subscription.

A subscription that is set to renew automatically must retain at least one usable payment method. The last payment method may therefore be prevented from being removed while automatic renewal remains active. The user may cancel the subscription instead, after which removal may be permitted when the payment method is no longer required for renewal.

13. Cancellation

A user may cancel a paid Inuro subscription through the available account controls. Unless mandatory law or the purchase terms require otherwise, cancellation stops future automatic renewal and the paid plan remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period. Inuro and/or the payment provider may provide written confirmation of cancellation and the scheduled plan end date. Eligible cloud projects may be retained for up to 30 days after the paid plan actually ends, as described below.

14. Failed renewal payments

If a renewal payment is unsuccessful, Inuro and its payment provider may use the payment-recovery and retry processes configured for the subscription. The user may receive written notice that payment has not been completed and information about how to update or correct the payment method. A single failed payment does not itself start Inuro's 30-day cloud-retention period. If payment recovery does not succeed and the paid plan subsequently expires, the account is handled as an expired paid plan and the cloud-retention period begins at that time.

15. Expired paid plans and cloud retention

When a Studio or other cloud-enabled paid plan expires, the account may revert to the applicable non-paid plan and paid-plan functionality, cloud synchronization and cloud editing may become unavailable. Inuro will send a written notice when the plan has expired and the cloud-retention period begins. Eligible cloud projects are retained for up to 30 days from plan expiry to allow recovery or download. During this period, the user may be offered download access through the account and/or a secure, time-limited recovery link associated with the relevant account and cloud data. Such a recovery link is a limited recovery mechanism and does not itself grant Studio entitlement. After the retention period ends, retained cloud project data may be permanently deleted and may no longer be recoverable.

16. Cloud download after expiry

The cloud-recovery facility is intended to let a user retrieve eligible project data before deletion. Inuro may package multiple cloud projects for download. Users are responsible for completing any desired download within the stated retention period. Local copies already held by the user are not affected merely because a cloud copy later expires.

17. Reusable resources, sharing and entitlement

Inuro may support User Assets, Brand Profiles and other reusable resources containing Inuro Content. Technical provenance, dependencies, required entitlement and cryptographic integrity information may be stored with such resources. Supported files may be shared, but sharing does not transfer subscription or entitlement. The receiving account must independently have the plan required by any Inuro Content dependency. Inuro may verify entitlement at export using technical dependency information without inspecting the visual content of private artwork. Legitimately exported Finished Works remain licensed after a later downgrade or cancellation, subject to the Inuro Content License.

18. Future features and advertising

Public roadmaps and previews are informational and do not guarantee release. Inuro may introduce advertising on its website or Free service in the future. If advertising introduces processing requiring consent or additional disclosure, appropriate privacy information and controls will be provided before that processing begins.

19. Privacy, acceptable use, intellectual property and feedback

Personal-data processing is governed by the Inuro Privacy Policy. Users may not misuse Inuro, interfere with security or availability, introduce malware, abuse automated access, circumvent plan/licensing/watermark/entitlement restrictions, falsify protected provenance, or use Inuro unlawfully. Inuro software, branding, interface, documentation, logos and proprietary material belong to RV Ventures AS or applicable licensors. Voluntary feedback may be used to evaluate, improve and develop Inuro without compensation merely for implementing a general suggestion; separate rules may apply to competitions or paid programs.

20. Availability, updates, suspension, deletion and providers

Inuro may experience maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, security incidents, third-party outages or other interruptions. RV Ventures AS may modify or temporarily suspend parts of the service where reasonably necessary. Accounts may be restricted for security, fraud, legal compliance, or serious or repeated breaches. Users may delete their accounts. Account deletion does not necessarily delete locally stored projects, and deleting local browser data does not necessarily delete an account. Cloud data and paid-plan data are handled according to the applicable retention rules and Privacy Policy.

21. Advice, warranties and liability

Inuro is creative software and does not provide regulated professional advice unless expressly stated. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Software may contain bugs or interruptions, but no provision excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. RV Ventures AS is responsible where liability arises under mandatory law. To the extent permitted by law, it is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss that could not reasonably have been anticipated. RV Ventures AS cannot recover local project data it never received or stored, or cloud data that has been permanently deleted after an applicable retention period.

22. Changes, governing law and contact

RV Ventures AS may update these Terms for legal, security, technical or commercial reasons and will provide notice where required. Changes do not retroactively remove licences already granted to legitimately exported Finished Works unless required by law. The Terms are governed by Norwegian law, without depriving consumers elsewhere of mandatory protections that cannot be excluded.
